Giving Feedback and Guidance 🤓
As we are in the middle of the process of performance reviews, I am coming back to my most favourite literature and studying the best practices again. I do not want to end up with this vague “Good Job” kind of feedback.
Productive feedback and guidance are vital forms of communication that can advance the performance and success of team members, which in turn boosts business results. When done with respect and candor, this fosters self-esteem, trust, and a culture of continuous learning and growth.
